In this article, a 51-year-old man with conjunctival lymphangiectasia who applied to the hospital with conjunctival swelling on left eye examination was presented. Conjunctival resection was performed and no recurrence was found in the follow-up examination at 9 months. This is an uncommon clinical condition in which conjunctival swelling occurs as a consequence of enlarged lymphatics of the bulbar conjunctiva.

Keywords: Conjunctival resection, conjunctival swelling, lymphangiectasia.
